I recently introduced my roommate to the Long Way Round, a documentary of Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman's motorcycle trip from Scotland to New York City.  Now he's watching the Long Way Down, which documents their journey from Scotland to South Africa.  Very cool stuff :)

Chippewa Lake Amusement Park

Kyle and I went for a hike through a partially demolished and decaying amusement park that's near his house this afternoon.  Apparently the Chippewa Lake Amusement Park dates back to the 1800's and had the oldest wooden roller coaster in the states.  Here are some photos I took....

A tree has made its home nestled in the middle of an old ferris wheel.

Ink portrait of a '64 Ducati 350 painted on birch ply commissioned for the owner of Angie's List... The owner has a truly astonishing collection of vintage motorcycles, not to mention an assortment of brilliant classic cars including a twin cam MGa and a '55 Porsche Spider (which I drove!!!).
